Paul Welch

Paul Welch, Senior Vice President of OSS International, has an extensive law enforcement and military service background. He served in the US Army Military Police Corps for 12 years, on both active duty and in the Ohio Army National Guard. In addition, he has worked as a Law Enforcement Officer in Columbus, Ohio, for 29 years, performing enforcement, investigative, and technology-related duties. Paul has experience managing and overseeing security operations across the United States, South and Central America, Europe, and the Middle East. He holds a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and is a graduate of the US Army Military Police and the Advanced NCO Training Academies.
