Tim Halbakken is the Vice President of Security Operations for OSS International. He has over 25 years of combined private and public experience. He has served in a variety of positions including Chief of Campus Safety for a college, technical advisor for global security directors of numerous fortune 500 companies, and VIP protective agent for international travel of various corporate executives. He has served as a full time SWAT officer for a capital city police department, crimes against persons detective, firearms and subject control instructor, and spent 17 years as a hostage negotiator. In 2015 he was chosen as the Ohio Attorney General’s law enforcement trainer of the year with the Distinguished Law Enforcement Training Award.

Colonel Marc McCreery is the Vice President of Business Operations for OSS International. Marc's extensive experience in operations management spans over 25 years. Following serving as a Special Forces officer with 7th Special Forces Group, Marc entered the private sector working for GE for 17 years. While enjoying a successful career at GE, Marc continued with the military, serving with 19th Special Forces Group in the WV National Guard. His military career is equally as impressive. Marc has served as a Team Leader, Company Commander, and Battalion Commander. During this time Marc has served in Afghanistan and Iraq and deployed to multiple other countries in Europe, the Middle East, Central and South America. Currently Marc serves as the JITEC Commander for the WV National Guard.

Sergeant Major Chad Williams is the Founder and President of OSS International. Prior to acting as the President of OSS International, Chad served in the U.S. Army with over twenty-five years as a member of U.S. Army Special Forces, retiring at the rank of Sergeant Major in 2015. During his time in Special Forces Chad held a multitude of key positions to include Special Forces Team Sergeant, Battalion Operations Sergeant Major, Company Sergeant Major and as an instructor at the Joint Special Operations University. His key deployments include Afghanistan, Iraq and the Balkans as well as multiple deployments to Europe and the Middle East. In addition to serving in the military, Chad served as a Homicide Detective with the Columbus Division of Police in Columbus, OH. In 2016, Chad retired from the Columbus Division of Police.
